Products reserves the right to change the course content and/or trainer, at any
time, in line with market demands. |

| Programme Dates and Venues
|
Premiere Products reserves
the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without
liability.
In the event of a cancellation where an alternative cannot
be provided, monies received in respect of that course will be refunded in
full. |

| Joining Instructions |
| On receipt of your written
confirmation we will issue joining instructions. This letter will detail your
joining instructions for participation on the training course, and will
include a location map, venue details, course programme and timings.

| Provisional Bookings |
To make a provisional
reservation on a course, please either complete the appropriate Booking Form
or contact one of our advisors on 01242 537174.
To secure your
reservation, written confirmation should be received within 5 days of the
provisional booking being made. |

| Confirming a Booking |
| To make a booking please
complete all the details on our Booking Form. |

| Fees |
| All fees are current at the time of
going to print. However we reserve the right to change them. |
| |
| Delegate Substitution
|
| If you want to make a
substitution, please call us on 01242 537174 and we will be happy to help you.
Substitutions can be made at any time without incurring any penalty |
| |
| Payment |
| Payment can be made by cheque
or credit / debit card. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. In
any event we reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been
received prior to attending your course. |

| Cancellations |
The following charges will
apply should you cancel:
28+ days before a course = 20% of course fee
15-28 days before a course = 50% of course fee
1-14 days before a
course = 100% of course fee
Where Registration fees apply, these are
non-refundable |

| Transfers |
| The transfer option only
applies to delegates who are transferring to a different date for the same
course. |
