Premiere built their current Training Centre
in 1997 providing a comfortable, friendly environment which is equipped with
modern, multimedia presentation equipment and 12 different floor types. These,
together with a comprehensive range of chemicals and machinery, enable Premiere
to offer training, ranging from presentation and demonstration through to hands
on, practical courses
A multi-site licence provides Premiere with the
flexibility to carry out all of the training they offer, including BICSc
courses, at customers’ sites. BICSc FPCC training can be conducted in
fully equipped, commercial kitchens at the nearby Cheltenham Racecourse
